About the Role
Reporting directly to senior management, the Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of multiple façade projects from award to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Managing all aspects of commercial window, cladding, and shroud projects
Coordinating and leading tradesmen, glaziers, and subcontractors
Liaising with architects, builders, and clients to ensure delivery to specification
Reading and interpreting drawings, identifying issues, and implementing solutions
Monitoring budgets, schedules, and quality standards to ensure on‑time, on‑budget completion
Managing site safety and compliance, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial project management within the façade, glazing, or cladding industries
Solid understanding of windows, aluminium fabrication, and façade systems
Proven ability to read plans and specifications with high attention to detail
Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills
Solid organisational and IT capabilities (experience with CAD advantageous but not essential)
Relevant trade or construction management qualifications
Valid driver’s licence
