As a seasoned lawyer with 5+ years of experience in Corporate and Commercial law, you will lead junior lawyers, build relationships, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining effective working relationships, supervising junior lawyers, and providing day-to-day leadership and management to the Legal team.

Additionally, you will be responsible for understanding the company's strategic objectives, providing commercial and contractual advice, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
