Sales Consultant — Canberra and Goulburn
AllGlass Group is growing, and we're looking for a proactive, people-first Sales Consultant to be the friendly face of our Canberra office/showroom and the central point of contact for customer enquiries across Canberra, Goulburn and the surrounding region.
Our manufacturing site is based in Wagga Wagga, with regular deliveries into Canberra, Goulburn and surrounding areas, so you'll play a key role connecting customers, logistics, and our production team to ensure a smooth, on‑time experience.

The Opportunity
As our Sales Consultant, you'll:
· Own inbound enquiries (phone, email, web, and walk-ins) for Canberra, Goulburn and surrounding areas.
· Welcome and assist showroom visitors—understand their needs, showcase products, and deliver a standout customer experience.
· Prepare and follow up quotes, convert enquiries into orders, and keep customers updated at every step.
· Coordinate site measures and appointments with our sales/installation teams.
· Liaise with Wagga manufacturing to align production with regular Canberra deliveries and customer timelines.
· Maintain the showroom (displays, samples, signage, basic merchandising) so it looks sharp and welcoming.
· Keep the CRM current—notes, statuses, next actions—so the team has clear visibility.
· Support the broader sales team with schedules, documentation, and post‑sale queries.
About You
· You're customer-orientated, confident face-to-face and over the phone, and great at building trust.
· Organized and detail‑driven—you juggle quotes, dates, and follow‑ups without dropping the ball.
· Clear communicator who keeps customers and colleagues in the loop.
· Comfortable using CRM/office software (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, and any CRM). Logikal experience would be desirable but not essential.
· Experience in windows & doors, glazing, construction or building materials is a plus—but not essential.
· Full Australian work rights and a valid driver's licence (occasional site visits or errands).
· Willing to work on-site in our Canberra showroom (Mon–Fri; occasional Saturday roster as needed).

· Manufacturing: Wagga Wagga, with regular deliveries to Canberra coordinated through you
· Hours: Full-time (Mon–Fri)
