Available Shift Patterns
* Sunday - Wednesday (8:00pm - 6:00am)
* Wednesday - Saturday (8:00pm - 6:00am)
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading and motivating your team to meet production goals
* Ensuring food safety and product quality standards are met
* Promoting safe work practices and maintaining a safe environment
* Providing guidance, feedback, and support to team members
* Collaborating across departments to drive performance
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in a similar role within FMCG
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Good communication and interpersonal abilities
* Computer literacy and SAP knowledge (preferred)
* A results-driven mindset without compromising safety or quality
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentI
