Our Protected Vehicles team works closely with clients to design, manufacture, maintain and upgrade protected vehicles that keep people safe, all around the world. Our state-of-the-art workshops are set up to help us deliver Hawkei and Bushmaster military vehicles to strict defence standards – and set our people on rewarding career paths.
Our Graduate Program focuses on developing early career talent to help us deliver tomorrows high-tech solutions. Over an 18-month development program you will engage in on-the-job training, mentoring, a graduate project and structured learning modules.
ABOUT THE ROLE
* Support the design and development and validate components and systems for our defence vehicles.
* Interpret our customer requirements and provide design solutions which includes engineering analysis and investigation.
* Conduct prototyping, trials and demonstrations of solutions.
* Undertake learning and training activities to develop skills and experience as a graduate engineer.
ABOUT YOU
* Any experience in a design or manufacturing environment would be regarded highly
* You are an engineering enthusiast!
* Leadership experience demonstrated through previous employment or extra-curricular activities whilst studying university
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proven ability to work within a team
* Self-motivated, curious and desire to continuously learn.
