About the role
Elite Bolts and Fasteners are looking Accounts Administrator for 2 - 3 days a week (9-12 hrs/wk. We are ready to hire immediately.
What you'll be doing
* Performing accounts payable duties including reconciling supplier statements, organizing batch payments.
* Performing accounts receivable duties including send customers invoices and statements, replying to customer accounts enquiries, chasing overdue invoices (both email & phone), entering and reconciling customer payments.
* Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and analysis.
* Reconciling Xero accounts
* General Admin jobs.
* Enter Supplier invoices
To succeed in this position, you will need:
* Previous experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciling accounts and other general accounts work.
* At least 2 years experience using Xero.
* Australian Citizen or permanent resident
* Must have phone experience to chase outstanding bills.
* A friendly and helpful approach to customer service.
* Have excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
* Must live in Geelong or surrounding area.
