We are currently recruiting for Development Assessment Officer for our client, a Local Council based in Sydney. This is an initial contract for approximately 6 months with a pay rate of up to $75ph super (negotiable for the right candidate) for 35 hours per week. WFH for up to 2 days per week is available once settled into the team. The Development Assessment Planner will include providing accurate information, assessing development proposals, and ensuring the governance and administration of applications meet the required standards Key Accountabilities: Assess less complex residential development applications.
