As part of our close-knit Head Office team, you'll play a pivotal role in empowering our salon owners, opening new salon doors, and elevating the performance of our existing network and brand in the region. What You'll Do
* Champion salon success—Partner with passionate salon owners to develop and grow their businesses across the state.
* Expand our footprint—Identify and secure opportunities to grow our WA salon network.
* Spot opportunities + innovate—Assess the market, uncover growth potential, and bring creative, commercial solutions to life.
* Optimise inventory—Manage stock levels in line with our prescribed model, ensuring the perfect balance of retail and professional products.
* Lead with strategy—Co‑create tailored business plans that reflect our Skin Solutions approach and a strong retail mindset—across marketing, training, staffing, and salon performance metrics.
* Drive performance—Help salons achieve key benchmarks including diagnosis, facial/treatment ratios, retail participation (30% retail / 70% treatment), customer visits, and treatment‑to‑product targets.
* Elevate brand standards—Ensure network‑wide compliance and brand alignment, delivering supportive feedback and guiding improvement plans when needed.
* Create culture—Foster a positive, values‑driven, high‑performance culture across your territory.

About You
* 7+ years experience in brand production or creative operations (beauty/skincare preferred)
* Expertise in packaging production, print processes, and artwork workflows
* Skilled in photo/video shoot coordination and post‑production
* Strong project management and leadership skills with a tech‑forward mindset
* Proficient in digital tools, asset management systems, and basic CMS
* Tertiary qualification in related discipline preferred
