About You
- Proven experience in Asian or fusion kitchens, with a passion for bold flavours and innovation
- A natural leader who thrives on creativity and collaboration
- Excited by the challenge of building a new kitchen culture from the ground up
- Strong knowledge of seasonal produce, presentation, and modern culinary trends
- Someone who sees the kitchen as both a craft and a stage
