About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Raw Seafood Production Worker to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong knife skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. You will play a key role in preparing, trimming, weighing and packing high-quality raw fish products while maintaining strict food safety, hygiene and quality standards. This position offers consistent hours, varied daily tasks and the opportunity to be part of a well-established and respected family business.

Qualifications & Skills
* Strong understanding of workplace health & safety policies, procedures and practices
* Working with sharps or knife aware
* Ability to trim, weigh and prepare raw fish products accurately
* Confident working both independently and as part of a team
* Comfortable with product movement and storage (some heavy lifting required)
* Ability to work on your feet in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Reliable, hardworking, self-motivated and punctual
* Available to work additional hours as required, particularly during peak periods (Christmas & Easter)
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Processing raw seafood including trimming, weighing, packing and quality checking
* Maintaining high standards of hygiene, PPE use and food safety compliance
* Cleaning and sanitation of processing areas in line with Food Safety standards
* General labouring, machine operation and production duties as required
* Ensuring a continual workflow while maintaining accuracy and presentation standards
* Supporting site presentation by keeping staff areas, equipment and workspaces clean and organised
* Working efficiently to meet production targets in a fast-paced environment
