What success looks like in this role:
* Proven experience in a technical support environment performing fault investigation, triaging, and resolution
* Experience with desktop support, server support, hardware, network and software installation and troubleshooting
* O365 experience is essential. Software and Hardware diagnostic skills and building/upgrading PC's.
* Experience with supporting a corporate Windows and Linux environment
* Active Directory (users, mailbox management )
* Office 365, Outlook, exchange, and other critical business application support Standalone Support
* Printing (installation, deployment, configuration, disposals)
* Complex Software installation and troubleshooting
* Network (triaging, fault diagnostic, root cause analysis)
* Software and Hardware diagnostic skills and building/upgrading PC's
* Provide support for hardware such as laptops, desktops, and monitors.
* As a Field Engineer, you will Provide technical (1st and 2nd level) IT support to internal employees via telephone, email, walk-ins, and remotely.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
* Must be an Australian Citizen.
* This role requires a mandatory NV1 security clearance (NV2 preferred).
* Prior experience working in hardware break and fix, installation, desk-side software support, and service desk support.
