About your new role
We are currently seeking expressions of interest to join our team in January 2026 for an exciting opportunity suited to a motivated and commercially astute Manager to lead our successful Townsville team.
Reporting directly to our General Manager, the main focus of the role is to manage an experienced internal team with a fast-paced counter-sales branch. You will also be responsible for spearheading sales growth of the existing client base, introducing the business to new opportunities, whilst promoting a range of services and products that we have on offer.
* Staff management and development.
* Overseeing sales and distribution activities.
* Meeting and exceeding budgets.
* Servicing existing customers.
* Sourcing new business opportunities.
About you
You will possess excellent communication, leadership, planning and organisational skills. Previous management experience and/or an understanding of sales, industrial fasteners and or distribution would be an advantage.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a very experienced team.
* A high attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
* A strong drive to continue growth and development of sales and staff.
* Currently living or willing to relocate to Townsville.
