We are seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our corporate group, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of our procurement strategy.
About the Role
* You will lead and support strategic sourcing activities, ensuring that procurement aligns with business priorities and safety standards.
* You will develop and maintain procurement reporting metrics for multiple levels within the organization.
* You will define award criteria, select suppliers, and oversee contract execution and handover with a focus on clarity and accountability.
* You will co-create Service Level Agreements with stakeholders, setting clear KPIs and shared goals.
* You will manage the preparation of tender documentation and packs for release to the market for all project supply of materials, fabrication, services and installation as required.
* You will manage the procurement process for all scopes from EOI through to award as determined by the projects ensuring that suppliers, subcontractors and consultants are fully aware of their obligations for project delivery, with the support of the project team disciplines.
What You Need to Succeed
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Commerce).
2. 10+ years in procurement, supply chain, or commercial roles, preferably in the engineering, construction, resources, energy, infrastructure industries.
3. Minimum 4 plus years' experience as a Procurement Manager managing small to medium sized teams.
4. Proven track record in supplier commercial negotiations, contract management, and project delivery.
5. Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
