Our client is seeking a Procurement and Accounts Specialist to join their growing business. This exciting opportunity would be ideal for someone with an accounting background coupled with procurement experience and is eager to take on a stand-alone role and grow with the company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the sales team by issuing sales and purchase orders and manage procurement of raw materials and oversee the manufacturing of finished goods within the ERP software system (NetSuite).
- Handle top-line accounting, managing accounts and providing assistance to the accounting team of our client's subsidiary business.
- Customer invoicing and managing day-to-day financial entries, (with support from the CFO).
- Handle customer queries related to product dispatch, order follow-ups, and collections.
- Liaise with wholesale clients and provide customer-facing support, as needed.
**Key Requirements**:
- Procurement and accounts, bookkeeping experience (min 2 -3 years).
- Demonstrated experience with ERP software, (NetSuite advantageous but not essential).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build and manage effective relationships, as this role involves frequent interaction with both clients and internal stakeholders.
