About You
We are seeking a dedicated Service Specialist to join our team. As a Service Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering consistently superior service to our clients and ensuring the provision of quality work in all interactions. You will assist with member record maintenance, identify continuous improvement opportunities, and contribute to the overall success of the department.

- Ensure the provision of quality work in all aspects of service delivery.
- Assist with member record maintenance, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contribute actively to the overall success and goals of the department.
- Adhere to Occupational Health & Safety guidelines and promote a safe work environment.
**To be successful you will have**:
- Proven experience in a service-oriented role, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety regulations and practices preferred.
