This inner north-west Sales PA / Cadet opportunity is now ideal for someone already working in real estate who wants to move into residential sales. The opportunity: Step into a growth role supporting a high-performing residential sales agent in Melbourne’s inner north-west. You’ll work closely with an experienced agent, providing day-to-day sales and administrative support while learning every stage of the sales process from listing through to settlement. This role offers a clear pathway into a Sales Agent position for someone who already has a foothold in real estate and is ready to take the next step. The role: Assist with end-to-end sales campaigns: listings, opens, buyer follow-up and settlement Prepare marketing materials, brochures, signboards and online listings Manage CRM data, buyer enquiries and follow-up calls/emails Coordinate photography, floorplans, copywriting and advertising schedules Support opens and auctions (including some Saturdays) Prepare sales documentation, contracts and Section 32s (with conveyancers/solicitors) Provide high-level administrative support to the lead agent Deliver a professional, friendly experience to vendors and buyers About you: You are already working in real estate – perhaps in reception, sales administration, leasing, or as a sales cadet – and you’re ready to progress your career on the sales side. You’re organised, proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You enjoy dealing with people, present professionally, and genuinely want to build a long-term career in residential sales. You will ideally have: Current experience in a real estate office (reception, admin, leasing or sales cadet) A current Agent’s Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain) Strong interest in real estate and the local property market Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone and in writing High attention to detail and confidence working with documents and systems Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines Professional presentation and a client-focused approach Willingness to work Saturdays as part of the sales week Current Driver’s Licence and reliable car Why this role?
