Key Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Specialist, you will handle incoming phone calls and email sales inquiries, support external sales personnel, generate customer quotations, and provide commercial and technical information.

Required Skills & Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of technical sales or customer service experience, with a high level of computer literacy including MS Office and ideally SAP. You will also possess strong technical aptitude and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
