AO3 Procurement Support Officer job in Nerang, $51.12ph super, QLD Government contract Your new company This Queensland Government organisation supports asset delivery and maintenance across the Gold Coast and broader region. The team works closely with internal stakeholders and local suppliers to keep procurement activity moving efficiently. An additional resource is required to support ongoing operational demand. Your new role You will join a central support team providing daytoday assistance across procurement and supplier administration. The focus of the role is keeping information accurate, systems up to date, and stakeholders informed.Your responsibilities will include: Updating and maintaining supplier records across internal systems. Checking compliance details such as licences, registrations, and insurance. Managing inboxes, phone enquiries, and workflow items within agreed timeframes. Producing routine reports to support procurement activity. Assisting with document updates and administrative process changes. Working collaboratively within a structured, KPIdriven environment. This is a temporary AO3 opportunity based in Nerang, with the prospect of an extension. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in an administrative support role, ideally within a regulated or government setting. Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong attention to detail when handling data and documentation. Clear communication skills and a customerfocused approach. Ability to manage repetitive tasks while meeting deadlines. A reliable, teamoriented work style.
