Peel Health Campus is a general hospital located in the City of Mandurah, 75 km south of Perth, known for its stunning beaches, internationally significant wetlands, and some of Australia's most spectacular waterways for boating, fishing and wildlife. It originally opened in **** as the 32-bed Mandurah District Hospital, and now operates with 206 licensed beds, bays and treatment areas.
SMHS delivers quality, safe and effective hospital and health services within a catchment area stretching more than 3,300 square kilometres across the southern half of Perth.

We are currently seeking a
Social Worker
to join our team. The successful applicant/s will be responsible for providing a high-quality social work service to all in-patients and outpatients of the hospital as required, including assessment, treatment, evaluation, and planning, managing a designated caseload. As part of a multidisciplinary team, Patients receive Social Work services to facilitate and promote patient safety and quality of care. Practices as a Social Worker as per the Australian Association of Social Workers Practice Standards **** and Code of Ethics **** and/or the Society of Professional Social Workers Code of Ethics and SMHS Policies and Guidelines.
