The Marketing Assistant is responsible for maximising profit centre performance by developing and implementing innovative project marketing strategies and practices that supports the delivery of the Project Vision and outcomes.
**About the Role**
- Support Marketing Managers to execute local marketing plans and key initiatives including:
- National and local lead and sales campaigns
- Execution of land release activity
- Support for project events
- Support new project launches
- Database communication planning (eDMs and SMS)
- Content Development and management for online and offline channels
- Project collateral and maintenance
- Digital channel maintenance - Stockland website, property websites, Facebook and other key channels.
- Signage refresh and updates
- Support to ensure LAM plans are executed consistently adopting agreed frameworks and practices and ensuring within scope, budget and timeframe.
- Participate in the development of broader marketing, sales and customer experience initiatives including
- defining strategies for key touch points.
- Support marketing and sales to deliver a superior customer experience at critical points of the customer journey.
**About You**
- Marketing experience, including technical knowledge related to the production of marketing materials.
- Experience with managing marketing agencies and suppliers.
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- If you have a Marketing degree or are currently completing one that would be beneficial but not essential for the role.
