Warehouse Operations Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time permanent position with career progression and ongoing job security.
This role involves the operation of a forklift, receiving and dispatching stock, picking and packing orders, maintaining and housekeeping of the warehouse and store. The successful candidate will also provide exceptional customer service (face to face and telephone) and contribute to merchandising and stock replenishment efforts.
Responsibilities:
* Forklift operation (loading & unloading trucks)
* Receiving & Dispatching stock
* Picking and packing orders
* Maintaining and housekeeping of warehouse and store
* CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT
* Merchandising and stock replenishment
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar position
* Current forklift license (LF)
* Strong attention to detail
* Good communication skills
* A positive can-do attitude
* Availability to work every second Saturday (shorter day)
