Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Manager located in Kempsey, NSW.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support
Proficiency in Analytical Skills, with the ability to assess data and provide actionable insights
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership and team management experience
Problem-solving abilities and a focus on driving continuous improvement
Experience in the retail or service industry is advantageous
