As a Luxury Retail Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences within a high-end fashion brand.
Key responsibilities include achieving counter sales targets, leading by example to motivate team members to pursue sales objectives, analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities, and driving individual and team performance through operational excellence.
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess at least two years of retail management experience, preferably in a luxury or premium environment. Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and presentation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and POS systems are essential.
