About the Role
You will deliver person‐centred support to individuals living with disability, ensuring they feel safe, valued and supported in their everyday lives. This role offers a variety of shifts, including overnight and weekend work, providing 24/7 care in participants' home environments.
Responsibilities
* Provide respectful personal care and daily living support.
* Support participants overnight to ensure comfort and safety.
* Build trusting, caring relationships through consistent and compassionate support.
About You
You bring a caring and compassionate approach to supporting people with disability and are reliable, dependable and committed to consistently showing up for participants. You are comfortable working overnight and weekend shifts and have a genuine willingness to learn, with training provided.
Pre‐employment Requirements
* Minimum qualification in Individual support/Community Services is desirable.
* Evidence of working rights within Australia (passport or birth certificate).
* Current valid driver's licence and an insured, registered vehicle.
* Satisfactory police record check.
* Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate – free online certificate.
