* The role of Infrastructure Engineer involves delivering exceptional customer service and technical support, both remotely and on-site, while building lasting relationships with clients.
* You will take ownership of large customer environments and provide specialist expertise support, including offering advanced IT support, troubleshooting complex IT issues, and managing technology infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities

* Managing technology infrastructure, liaising with vendors and third-party contractors, overseeing asset management, and leading the implementation of new technologies.
* Mentoring IT support technicians, acting as an escalation point, and ensuring high-quality service delivery, staying updated on emerging technologies and contributing to IT project design.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">
1. Minimum 5 years experience within a managed services environment, with proven hands-on experience as a Level 3 Infrastructure Support engineer.
2. Advanced Server and Network knowledge in Cloud (Azure) and on-prem infrastructure.
3. Solid experience providing exceptional Infrastructure Support within a client-facing environment, troubleshooting and delivering complex systems and network related issues.
4. Microsoft and Networking Certifications required.
