The Role
This is a senior individual contributor role within a high‐performing Social and Government research team based in Sydney. You will lead qualitative research projects end‐to‐end, from design through to delivery and client presentation, across a broad range of social issues including mental health, domestic violence, female health, disability and public policy.
You will moderate focus groups and in-depth interviews, facilitate client workshops, contribute to proposals and work closely with senior leaders who provide both guidance and autonomy.
About You
You are a curious and driven qualitative researcher with 5+ years of experience, ideally within a research agency, government or social impact context. You bring both rigour and empathy to your work and have demonstrated experience conducting research on sensitive and complex social issues.
You have strong moderation skills across focus groups and in-depth interviews, are confident presenting to senior stakeholders and thrive in a collaborative environment. You are passionate about using research to drive positive social change.
