Graduate Nurse Opportunity
This is a unique chance to join our nursing team as a Graduate Nurse, providing exceptional patient-centred care in a supportive environment. The role offers a full-time 12-month opportunity commencing July 2025, with the possibility of rotating throughout our 30-bed subacute inpatient service.
* Deliver high-quality nursing care under the supervision of experienced health professionals.
* Participate in comprehensive orientation and ongoing debriefing sessions with our learning team.
* Work closely with other health professionals to achieve shared patient-centred goals.
As a Graduate Nurse, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and make an impact within our multidisciplinary team. You will also be required to provide evidence of or be in the process of obtaining a recognized tertiary qualification, current full registration with AHPRA, and a demonstrated record of achievement and experience working in a health setting.

Key Requirements:
* Registered with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
* Motivated and committed to participating in all aspects of the registered nurse new graduate program.
* High level of interpersonal communication skills (both written & verbal).
* Demonstrated understanding of person-centred care and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.
