Your Role
To assist in the execution of Lifecykel’s email marketing campaigns and copywriting projects ensuring every message is on-brand, compliant, and conversion-focused. This role will be the operational backbone for our Klaviyo campaigns and flows, helping drive engagement, retention, and sales across all regions.
Core Responsibilities
- Write clear, engaging copy for weekly email campaigns based on product launches, promotions, or educational themes.
- Brief the design team with required assets (images, headlines, product links) for each email.
- Use Klaviyo to set up and schedule weekly email sends using brand templates.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, ensuring copy, design, and approvals are delivered on time.
- Review and test emails before launch (links, spelling, layout).
- Track performance (opens, clicks, conversions) and suggest straightforward improvements.
Copywriting & Content Support
- Write and edit short-form copy for emails, SMS, landing pages, and product highlights.
- Ensure all copy adheres to Lifecykel’s approved language guide and brand tone.
- Support product launch campaigns with draft copy for promos, bundles, and education pieces.
- Research competitor and industry email trends for creative inspiration.
Team Coordination
- Work with design team to ensure assets are ready for campaign deadlines.
- Liaise with Paid Ads Manager to align messaging across channels.
- Maintain campaign calendar and asset library for easy team access.
What You Bring
- 1–3 years experience in marketing coordination, copywriting, or email marketing.
- Experience using Klaviyo.
- Strong attention to detail, grammar, and brand voice consistency.
- Basic understanding of eCommerce metrics (open rate, CTR, CVR, LTV).
- Ability to work to tight deadlines across multiple time zones.
- Interest in health, wellness, longevity, or supplements.
