About the Role
As Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, enhancing our online presence, and effectively communicating our message to our target audiences. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives across various channels, with a primary focus on social media, branding, and communications.
* Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
* Create compelling content for social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and other digital platforms that align with our brand voice and resonate with our target audience.
* Monitor social media channels, track performance metrics, and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing materials, including website content, print collateral, and promotional materials.
* Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and product launches, including coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and tracking budgets.
* Support the development of marketing materials, including presentations, press releases, advertisements, and other communications.
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities.
This is a part‑time position—4 days per week.
About You
* A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is highly regarded, but not essential.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to different audiences and platforms.
* Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
* Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and branding aesthetics.
* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
* Strong analytical skills and a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
* Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
