Our client is a leading allied health provider, known for delivering high-quality care and support services across the community. They're currently seeking passionate and an experienced OT/ Physio/ Osteo or RN to join their growing team in an assessment-only capacity, servicing clients in Sydney's west, southwest and southeast.
About the Role:
This is a Team Leader opportunity in a mobile, community-based role focused on conducting aged care funding assessments in clients' homes. You'll work as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, supported by strong clinical leadership and access to ongoing professional development.
This is a permanent full-time position, ideal for someone with at least 4 years' experience in aged care who enjoys a structured role offering both purpose and autonomy

About You:
* Relevant degree in OT/ Physio/ Osteo or Nursing
* Full Registration with the relevant registration board in Australia
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in aged care assessment
* 4-5 years of professional healthcare experience
* Strong communication skills
* A great team player
* Open to new learning experiences
* Current driver's licence and vehicle
* Current Working with Children Check and Police Check
* Eligible to work in Australia
