The Role: Distribution Partner

As our Distribution Partner you will be the key enabler and organizational powerhouse for our Sales Manager and Distribution leadership. You’ll move beyond basic reporting to provide clear actionable insights, acting as the go‑to expert for performance data and coordination. Your mission is to maximize the team’s efficiency and effectiveness by being the trusted, highly organized link between strategy and execution.


What You’ll Be Doing

Performance Storytelling: Design and manage core sales dashboards and reports. Your key responsibility is delivering results that clearly highlight the actions the Sales Manager needs to take to optimize performance.

Organizational Execution: Be the organizational force that ensures follow‑through. You’ll manage the implementation steps for new sales strategies and initiatives, ensuring flawless coordination and accountability across all internal stakeholders.

Trusted Partnership: Work directly with the Sales Manager to evaluate new sales programs using data to validate impact and feasibility, summarizing findings in a clear people‑friendly format.

Process Ownership: You are the proactive monitor tracking the progress of all key distribution projects, chasing up deliverables and resolving roadblocks with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Data Reliability: Ensure the integrity of our sales tracking systems (CRM data, etc.) acting as the primary support contact to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of all performance metrics used by the leadership team.

* Organizational & Coordination Mastery: You are renowned for your ability to manage moving parts, keep projects on track and ensure follow‑up is prompt so nothing slips through the cracks.
* People‑Centric Communication: You have excellent rapport‑building skills and can confidently present complex insights in a way that resonates and motivates a non‑technical sales team.
* Action‑Oriented Insights: You are passionate about using data to drive direct business improvement, quickly identifying opportunities and converting insights into actionable recommendations.
* Dashboard Design: You have proven experience creating clean, visually effective dashboards that clearly lead to a “what do we do next” action plan.
* Ownership & Accountability: You take full responsibility for the quality of performance data and the smooth, coordinated execution of critical sales processes.
