Store Leadership Role
As a leader in our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the operation of our store. You will work closely with the Store Manager to maintain a high level of store presentation, build a strong and motivated team, manage inventory effectively, create a welcoming environment, and provide friendly service to customers nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate expertise in liquor products, including the ability to distinguish between different types of ale, lager, and wine.
* Manage inventory levels, ensure stockroom organization, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
* Deliver outstanding customer service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in fast-paced retail or hospitality environments is highly desirable.
* Administrative skills, including payroll management, rostering, and inventory control, are essential.
* Motivation to drive sales growth and achieve store targets.
* RSA certification or willingness to obtain it if not already held.
