If you're proactive, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment, this could be your next move.This is a Fixed Term Contract or Permanent position for the right candidate — and ideally, we’re looking for someone who can start soon.The OpportunityYou’ll be responsible for the day-to-day planning, coordination, and delivery of digital campaigns (B2B and B2C) and creative projects. Reporting to our Head of Production, you’ll work across multiple teams — from design and UX to development and paid media — to bring work to life on time, on budget, and on brief.You’ll be part of a supportive, high-performing remote team that values autonomy, transparency, and getting great work out the door.What You’ll Be DoingDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, scopes, budgets, and schedulesBrief, manage, and support internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomesApply Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) to drive efficient, flexible workflowsMake minor updates within CMS, CRM, or Figma (e.g., uploading content or tweaking UI copy)Proactively manage dependencies, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projectsAct as a day-to-day contact for clients, providing project updates, managing expectations, and solving problems quicklyInterrogate briefs and collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirementsDeliver polished documentation, clear timelines, and responsive communications Quality & Risk ManagementOwn QA and testing cycles to ensure outputs meet technical, UX, and brand standardsIdentify project risks early and implement mitigation plansKeep an eye on the finer details — accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the brief Financial & Resource ManagementWork with project and client teams to define and monitor budgetsTrack time, utilisation, and delivery to ensure projects stay financially healthyManage reconciliation, invoice schedules, and forecasting with confidenceWhat You’ll Bring3–5+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environmentStrong understanding of project workflows across creative, dev, UX, and mediaExperience with Agile methodologies and digital delivery frameworksGreat stakeholder management skills — confident, clear, and solutions-focusedA knack for balancing multiple priorities without compromising qualityExperience using tools like Asana, Jira, Trello, or similarBonus points if you’ve worked directly in CMS platforms, Figma, or CRM toolsA quiet, reliable remote work setup with high-speed internetHow We WorkThis is a full-time remote role, with core hours aligned to the AEST time zone.
