Reservations Agent
to join our team.
As a Reservations Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, managing inquiries, processing bookings, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. You'll be a vital link between our customers and our operations team, helping us create unforgettable adventures on Moreton Island, Fraser Island, and the Southern Great Barrier Reef.
What You'll Do
* Manage all incoming inquiries and reservations via phone, email, and our reservation system.
* Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring all information is accurate and promptly communicated to relevant teams and guests.
* Become an expert on our tour packages, including availability, rates, and features, to provide informed recommendations to customers and travel agents.
* Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including preparing tour departure lists for guides, managing availability on Online Travel Agents, and handling correspondence with suppliers.
* Contribute to our marketing efforts by updating social media platforms and assisting the marketing department with various activities.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude, promoting goodwill with everyone you interact with—from customers to colleagues.
