About the role:
ProductLink is a fast-growing Australian distributor partnering with major retailers and leading online channels. We represent global lifestyle and tech brands such as PopSockets, Sudio and Gaston Luga — bringing category-leading products to Australia.
We're looking for a detail-orientedFinance Officer/Bookkeeper to support the day-to-day financial operations of the business. You will play a critical role in maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely payments, supporting payroll, and delivering reliable financial reporting.
This role suits someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys ownership of their work, and wants to grow within a modern, systems-driven finance team.
What you'll work on:
* ManageAccounts Payable & Receivable processes end-to-end
* Performbookkeeping activities and maintain accurate financial records
* Conductaccounts reconciliations including bank, supplier, and customer accounts
* Processpayroll with precision and confidentiality
* Preparingfinancial reports and supporting month-end close
* Monitor cash flow movements and flag discrepancies
* Maintain data integrity withinXero
* Partner with Operations and Commercial teams to improve financial processes
* Support audits and compliance requirements where needed
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in an Finance Officer, Bookkeeper, Accounts Officer or similar finance role
* Xero experience is essential
* Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Intermediate Excel capability
* Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
* A proactive attitude with a desire to improve processes
* Open to either Full time (40 hours p/w) or Part time (25-30 hours p/w) applicants
Bonus points for:
* Experience in wholesale, distribution, retail, or e-commerce environments
* Exposure to inventory-based businesses
* Experiencewith preparing monthly BAS & PAYG
* Background or experience in Accounting
