We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Assistant to join our Sales Communities QLD team. This permanent full time role is based in our South Brisbane office, with flexible working arrangements including one to two days working from home and regular time spent at project and sales offices to stay connected with our frontline teams.
You will be part of both the Queensland Office Administration group and the Queensland Sales team. This provides strong support, broad exposure and a great foundation to build a long term career in the property industry.
We're Looking For a...
Team Assistant who is proactive, organised and committed to providing high quality customer service. Someone who enjoys being part of a team, takes initiative and is enthusiastic about learning how a sales environment operates.
What You Will Do
* Provide day to day administrative support including diary management, inbox support, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, agendas and minutes.
* Prepare presentations, correspondence and reporting including weekly sales reporting, monthly Refer a Friend reconciliation and monthly expense checks.
* Support event and meeting coordination including logistics, catering and documentation.
* Manage purchase orders, invoices and approvals using systems such as SAP, Salesforce and Microsoft Office 365.
* Maintain accurate and well organised files, documents and information.
* Provide a friendly interface for internal and external stakeholders and support customer enquiries.
* Assist with general administrative and operational activities across office and sales environments.
* Provide back up support for Contract Support and Sales Coordinator tasks and be open to obtaining a Real Estate Licence with support.
About You
You take pride in being reliable, organised and helpful. You enjoy supporting others, managing tasks with accuracy and contributing to a positive team culture. You may have existing administrative experience or be early in your career and eager to build your skills in the property and development industry.
Experience and Skills That Count
* Experience in administrative support, ideally in property, real estate, construction or a similar environment, although not essential.
* Strong computer literacy with confidence using Microsoft Office 365. Experience with SAP, Salesforce or similar systems is an advantage.
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Strong communication and customer service skills with a commitment to supporting both internal and external customers.
* Ability to work proactively, use sound judgement and complete tasks within required timeframes.
