Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Experience in disability, aged care, or family/community services.
* A current First Aid and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain.
* Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
* NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain).
* Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
