The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Workers Compensation Legal Secretary or Paralegal to join our successful workers compensation team. At least 12 months experience in Workers Compensation is essential. If you have a genuine interest in helping clients navigate complex situations and thrive in a positive, down-to-earth team, this might be the perfect fit. You’ll work closely with an experienced workers compensation lawyer in a professional yet relaxed setting - casual attire encouraged.

Key Responsibilities
* Work alongside an experienced, compassionate and chill lawyer, handling workers compensation matters and supporting the team’s client care.
* Obtain superannuation policies and claim forms.
* Review client records and liaise with external parties.
* Request medical reports and organize relevant appointments.
* Draft letters and manage essential documentation.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year in workers compensation claims.
* A proactive and positive mindset.
* Experience with LEAP software (a plus).
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
