Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie at Adelaide Marriott Hotel, located in the Greater Adelaide Area. The Chef De Partie will manage specific sections of the kitchen, collaborating with other team members to ensure consistently high-quality food preparation and presentation. Responsibilities include overseeing food production, maintaining the highest hygiene and safety standards, mentoring junior kitchen staff, and contributing to the creation of innovative and seasonal menu items. The role also entails inventory management and coordination with the Head Chef for smooth kitchen operations.
