The project will deliver a major upgrade of the M80 Ring Road between the M80-Plenty Road interchange and the North East Link tunnel entrance at Watsonia, providing a seamless connection to North East Link. Works includes the construction of 14 kilometres of new lanes, bulk earthworks, retaining walls, bridge structures, rail interface works, intelligent transport systems, urban design and landscaping. This diverse and challenging project will be complete in 2028. **Key accountabilities for the position*** Reconciling progress claims received against approved dockets and/or approved purchase requisitions* Liaising with relevant Contract Administrator where there are reconciling issues* Manage webapp approval process for non-payment claim invoices* Update webapp status and PO reception in SEO once approvals in Webapp are received* Generate Purchase orders, as needed* Ensure all Alliance safety processes and procedures are adhered to.* Support the development and implementation of positive initiatives to enhance the working experience for the Alliance**Required Skills and Competencies*** Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook* Previous experience in a similar role with any construction experience highly regarded but not required* Demonstrated ability to be efficient, organised and show attention to detail* High level of stakeholder engagement in a previous role.**What we offer**At ACCIONA, we offer a dynamic and challenging work environment where our employees can grow and develop their careers.
