 * Responds to urgent service delivery issues
 * Coordinates shift coverage and staff support
 
This casual position requires availability for evenings, weekends, and public holidays. As a Support Professional, you will work closely with our Operations Manager and other team members to ensure seamless support delivery. You'll bring strong decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure, knowledge of SCHADS Award rostering principles, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
