Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Recruiter to join our growing team at Flex Recruit, in our St Georges Terrace, Perth office.
In this full-time position, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business units, working closely with hiring managers to deliver outstanding talent outcomes. You'll drive proactive sourcing strategies, ensuring we attract diverse, high-calibre candidates who align with our values and culture.
Leverage your industry network and use innovative sourcing methods to identify best talent
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to placements and onboarding
Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
Assist in development and streamlining of systems and process
Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business units, working closely with hiring managers to deliver outstanding talent outcomes.

What we're looking for
* Great work ethic, with a committment to developing your role.
* Someone who can transition between high volume, easy to place roles, to other projects such as training management.
* Great time management and organisational skills, able to prioritise and multitask, value and identify process improvement opportunities.
* Comfortable using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software .
* Mining mobilisation experience is highly valued
