About This Role
Your new role: Lead and shape the delivery of high-quality pharmacy operations within a major hospital setting.
* Provide strategic and operational leadership across pharmacy services, including dispensary and inventory management
* Deliver advanced clinical advice and consultancy services to multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
* Lead, manage and support a team of pharmacists, assistants, and administrative staff
* Drive governance, quality improvement, and safe medication practices aligned with best practice standards
About You
You are an experienced pharmacy leader with strong clinical expertise and a passion for driving service excellence.
* Registered Pharmacist with demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge and leadership experience
* Proven ability to manage operations, lead teams, and influence outcomes in a complex healthcare environment
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to apply independent professional judgement in clinical settings
* Commitment to quality improvement, governance, and delivering safe, patient‐centred care
