Support Teaching Staff as a Kinder Assistant
We are seeking a part-time Kinder Assistant to support teaching staff in delivering engaging lessons across various subjects, including physical education, art, craft, music, and creative movement.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Assist with hands-on activities and classroom setup and cleanup
* Contribute to memorable experiences like excursions and outings
* Set up the Kinder space on Monday mornings, requiring an early morning start
This role requires a dedicated team player who can ensure a positive and engaging learning environment for our students.
Requirements
* Experience working with young children (preferred)
* Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (highly regarded)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* High motivation level
* Health and Safety awareness
* Administrative and Microsoft Office 365 skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Commitment to the values and ethos of Christian education
* Ability to participate in all aspects of our programs and opportunities
