Job Summary
* We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our hospitality team.
* The ideal candidate will have strong HR generalist skills, experience managing staff in a fast-paced environment, and a solid understanding of payroll administration, overtime calculations, and performance management. ACIPM certification is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
* Handle employee relations and support staff welfare initiatives.
* Implement and support performance management processes, including appraisals and staff development.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
* Prepare HR reports for management as required.
* Support daily HR operations including attendance, leave, and disciplinary management.
* Accurately calculate overtime, shift allowances, and other payroll-related components.
* Administer payroll processes and ensure timely salary payments.
* Maintain updated employee records and HR documentation.
Requirements
* Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Good knowledge of Nigerian labor laws.
* ACIPM certification is an added advantage.
* 2 - 3 years HR experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
* Proficient in payroll administration, overtime calculation, and shift rosters.
* Experience in performance management and HR reporting.
