We are seekingAPS Level 4 Passport Case Officersto join our dedicated team. In this role, you will apply your strong customer service skills, empathy, and sound judgement and interpersonal skills to support Australians in obtaining secure and reliable travel documents.
As a Passport Case Officer, you will:
* Assess and process passport applications in accordance with relevant legislation, regulations, policies, and guidelines
* Conduct research and apply sound procedural knowledge to make informed decisions and recommendations
* Engage directly with customers to provide accurate, timely, and high‐quality service
* Work independently to deliver outcomes while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
* Demonstrate flexibility to meet operational priorities and adapt to changing demands
* Exercise sound judgement in identifying issues, taking appropriate action, and escalating matters when required
* You bring a positive, can‐do attitude and the ability to manage your workload effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
