Carolina PRG is partnering with a long-time client in need of a Temporary Administrative Assistant. This person would be responsible for managing and maintaining vendor records and ensuring data accuracy. This role involves setting up new vendors, updating existing vendor information, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and working closely with internal departments and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create, update, and maintain vendor records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Act as the main point of contact for vendor inquiries, resolving issues related to payments and account details.
* Assist in developing and implementing best practices for vendor data management, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in processes.
* Monitor vendor accounts for potential fraud risks, ensuring adherence to security protocols.
* Generate reports related to vendor activities, compliance, and risk assessment as needed.
* Answer vendor-related phone and email inquiries.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
