About you:
In your new role you will......
Comply with the timely and accurate input and collection of consumer related demographic information, diagnosis, outcomes collections and provision of service activity into appropriate electronic databases.
Maintain the safety of consumers of the mental health and AOD service by identifying, reporting and mitigating risks as well as proactively contributing to safe work practices in a clinical practice environment.
Proactively participate in the multidisciplinary team and actively promote the services and profile of Access Services within the Hospital and Health Service.
