The Role
You will report to senior management and oversee sales and marketing strategies focused on:
* Driving revenue growth across all departments
* Expanding market share and client relationships
* Enhancing brand awareness and positioning
You will lead initiatives in:
* Conferences, weddings, and social events
* Restaurant and F&B promotions
* Marketing campaigns and brand development
About You
* Proven experience in hotel sales, marketing, or commercial leadership
* Strong knowledge of corporate accommodation, events, weddings, and hospitality markets
* Track record of driving revenue and building long-term client relationships
* Strategic, results-driven, and proactive
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
