We are looking for someone who shares our passion and values to join us as a Recruitment Partner. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building relationships with local employers, understanding their workforce needs, and supporting them to hire more people with a disability, injury, or health condition.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications and experience in employment services, including barrier management, reverse marketing, and placement of candidates into employment. You will also have a strong networking ability and be able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders.

You will connect local employers with our services, identify suitable vacancies, and support businesses in successfully employing people with a disability. Responsibilities include:
* Supporting employers in the Launceston and West and North West Coast regions
* Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the local labour market and emerging industries
* Proactively identifying and developing new employer relationships
* Helping employers adapt their processes or roles to accommodate candidates with specific needs
* Engaging job-ready candidates and matching them with employers through referrals, job carving, and reverse marketing
* Working closely with Employment Consultants and Ongoing Support Consultants to build opportunities in relevant industries and provide post-placement support to participants and their employers
* Achieving or exceeding all KPIs and applying an outcome-focused, high-performance approach to the role
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Relevant qualifications in areas such as Employment Services, Community Services, or other relevant areas
* Previous experience in employment services, including advanced barrier management, reverse marketing, placement of candidates into employment, and provision of post-placement support
* Demonstrated experience in business development, account management, or sales
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills
* Working knowledge of local employers and their recruitment demands
* Demonstrated ability to communicate through various methods with a wide variety of stakeholders
* Performance-focused mindset and proven experience achieving business targets and KPIs
* Must hold a Driver's license as travel throughout the region will be required
